Oliver-Philipp Radtke is a German manager. He works as Director of Finance at Raisin a Berlin-based FinTech. Mr. Radtke develops finance departments in venture-backed startups.

Oliver-Philipp Radtke is passionate about finance, startup management and sustainable business models. He writes about these topics on his blog Managing Startups. Oliver-Philipp Radtke co-founded the media company Text Image Music and the circular venture builder Chaos & Struktur innovation studio together with his long time school friend Florian Stenschke. Mr. Radtke holds a Diploma in Economics (Dipl. Kfm.) from the Berlin School of Economics & Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Steinbeis University Berlin. Oliver-Philipp Radtke has published his master's thesis entitled “Attracting Venture Capital for German Startups: A Recommendation for Action” with GRIN Verlag. He also regularly takes part in conferences like the Accounting and Controlling Summit. Oliver-Philipp Radtke practices Kendo, the Japanese art of sword fighting. He is married and the proud father of a son.
